生态农庄项目总规划面积约130亩，拟建成现代都市生态农庄，为游客提供纯净自然的高端生态旅游休闲服务。项目以绿色农业展示、文化休闲聚落为产业形态，生态农业和休闲观光为发展基础，保持地块原地貌，彰显文化本色，以绿色观光、农业休闲功能为主，兼有度假、文化娱乐、体育运动等多功能的综合性游览。
